Ladies... Jump in the BOAT

Do you sometimes feel like you need a friend?  Or maybe you want to get out of the house and be yourself?   When Celia Whitler held the women's conference at Grace, she said we need to be boats for each other, lifting each other up when we feel like we are sinking and enrich others lives through love and friendship.

There is a NEW group forming at Grace Lutheran Church called the BOAT.   It is for women to get together to socialize and lift each other up through the spirt of Jesus Christ.  The group will also take on projects of the church, such as organzing the next "Celia Weekend" in September.

The BOAT will meet the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.

Next meeting:   May 8th at 6:30 at Julie Spillane’s home.  She has offered to have a campfire while we hold our meeting.  Directions to the Spillane’s will be in the May newsletter.  Please feel free to bring any type of beverage you wish. .  Open to all women of Grace.

If you have any questions, contact Pam Langlay, 846-3940.
